A New Season With New Leaders

This Saturday we hosted our third Alpha training course for the course starting Thursday September 30.  It is very exciting to see each time we lead an ALPHA course we have more of a Mexican presence in the leadership.  God is so faithful to the work here in Mexico City.  We have heard of many new people interested in taking the ALPHA course.  This Thursday we will be kicking off Alpha with a night of prayer  for the upcoming course.  What is even more exciting is that the prayer time on thursday night will be lead by a women who I have been mentoring and walking with. She has a passion to grow and be in the word I believe God is calling her into a leader.    We would totally appreciate your prayers this week. love Sandra

Nate's got a leg up :)

We are having a full week!  It begun with a visit from Nathan's mom Bette Lou and my twin sister Claudia and her husband.  We had a great visit but it went too fast!

Some New Developments:

Nathan had a fall and has a 3rd degree sprain with some cracked bones and damaged ligaments.  Needless to say he has a cast and will be off his feet for the month.  Please pray for a quick recovery.

The Martens were able  to meet with the Mexico City Field Directors as well as the Regional Developers for Latin America and share their calling.  Please pray for everyone as they move towards making this a reality that they would all hear God's voice leading them in the process.

Tomorrow morning La Conexion is having our first men's and adolescent breakfast. We are very excited about our Mexican friend who will be sharing his testimony with the men so far we have 18 confirmed.  Pray for God's spirit to touch the hearts of all who attend.

Tomorrow we also have an equipping for our teacher's and helpers.  Pray that everyone who attends would grow not only in skills but also be encouraged to grow in grace and truth in their own lives.
